Place the index finger slightly above the eyes and then carefully and gently pull down on the eyes at the same time while trying to raise the eye brows. This will need to be done at least ten times to have the ability to firm the area of the forehead. There are exercises for the area of the mouth as well, and this will mean to start by smiling to stretch the area of the corner of the mouth with the lips together and raise the mouth upward so it will expose the teeth. This will expand the smile and should be held for 10 to 15 seconds. This will help to create a more stronger and beautiful smile. One way to smooth any fine lines underneath the eyes is to put the palms of the hand on the cheeks and then pull up the corners of the lips to the temples till the teeth and gums are exposed. This will need to be done 3 or 4 times holding this position for around 40 seconds.

One other facial exercise that helps to condition the area of the lips is to put your palms onto the face and then put pressure onto this area You will then need to push the muscles of the lips together and then try to hold that position for 30 seconds. Push the palms of the hand in an upward motion to the nose and hold for 20 seconds. This should be done at least 4 times.
